At Amdocs, we produced CRM software for telecommunications companies. For two release cycles, I helped develop the product functionality specifications, wrote use-cases, put those use-cases into relationship diagrams to categorize like functions then designed functional screens and developed task flows. Then put it all together in detailed design documents.
I designed icons and created the skin for the UI of this web application. I also wrote the style guide for a suite of applications. While there, I was a part of creating an in-house usability team, performed heuristic evaluations, created user surveys and helped build a usability lab.
