Bank of America Military Banking

During my tenure at Bank of America I worked on many projects such as the homepage, the online banking mortgage interface, conceptual work for re-imaging the entire site and online banking as well as the redesign for the Military Bank.

Amdocs

At Amdocs, we produced CRM software for telecommunications companies. For two release cycles, I helped develop the product functionality specifications, wrote use-cases, put those use-cases into relationship diagrams to categorize like functions then designed functional screens and developed task flows.
